Marketing training for Northenden House Orthodontics
We delivered a development workshop to the team at Northenden House Orthodontics to support ongoing practice development work.
The aim of the workshop was to identify areas for improvement and to equip the team with some of the skills necessary to support the change process. With a focus on patient engagement, the one-day workshop looked at aligning their marketing with patient motivations for treatment, and social media marketing.

Very informative and a good range of discussions including interactive exercises that stimulated the whole team.
