TREATMENT COORDINATOR TRAINING

Effectively utilising a treatment coordinator is a great way to increase the number of new patients starting treatment. Our training provides them with the knowledge and skills to be highly effective in their role.

Treatment Coordinator Training

A skilled and enthusiastic treatment coordinator can significantly improve the number of new patients starting treatment. This role doesn’t suit everyone as it can be very demanding but with some training and support, they can make a huge difference to your conversion rate and profitability of your business.

We have been providing treatment coordinator training for several years and have worked with practices with a single treatment coordinator and those with larger teams working under a senior treatment coordinator.

How does it work?

We offer a number of different solutions for training and supporting your treatment coordinator. Our most popular training is an intensive one day session delivered at your practice where we provide your treatment coordinator with all the skills required to be effective in their role. This training is suitable for those both new in the role and those who may have been doing it for a while and would like to be more effective and to learn some new techniques.

During the day we cover the following topics:

  • Understanding patient motivations for, and barriers to, starting treatment
  • How patients research orthodontic treatment and how you can improve your visibility
  • Marketing orthodontic treatment
  • Patient consultations
  • Working with the orthodontic team to improve patient conversions
  • How to turn patients into advocates for your practice

We also offer a number of other training and support services for treatment coordinators who are more experienced and would like to develop their marketing skills to help reach new patients.
