We delivered four training sessions to the six Treatment Coordinators at M-Brace Orthodontics. The training sessions covered all the skills required to be successful in the role as a Treatment Coordinator. We looked at a number of relevant topics to support their transition from nursing staff to this new and exciting role. The training was very practical and helped them to quickly get up to speed so they could tackle their new role with confidence and enthusiasm.
