Our client is an established, successful mixed specialist practice based in the Midlands. They were concerned about the impact of the NHS re-tendering process and recognising the need to be proactive in developing their portfolio of private patients, engaged us to support their on-going practice development activities.
After reviewing their existing patient marketing initiatives and performing a detailed competitor analysis, we made a number of recommendations for the longer-term development of the practice. Working with all members of the team, we identified opportunities for improved patient engagement and developed and implemented their new marketing strategy. We supported the introduction of a treatment coordinator role and working with the management team, supported them through the change process as new working practices were introduced.
